Tit bits about balancing your eicosanoids

Eicosanoids are produced from fatty acids.  These chemicals are the main way in which cells chat to one another.   The way to control them naturally is to manage which fatty acids you eat.   Eating omega-3 fatty acids produces “good” eicosanoids.  Eating omega-6 fatty acids creates “bad” eicosanoids.   You need both, so you have must “balance the eicosanoids”.
